The Sony Ericsson Athena is also known by its official model number, the S312. Judging by that, it will be the spiritual successor to the Sony Ericsson S302 which you see on the right. We can expect the S312 to be your average entry level cell phone as it comes with a measly 176 x 220 resolution display and a built-in camera without autofocus. No idea on how much it will cost, but word has it that the S312 will hit selected markets sometime in the third quarter of this year. Apart from what you’ve read here, we don’t know anything else about the S312, but will publish those as more information is released in the future.
