Meaning:
THE PARDONER
He who pardons all who repent sincerely as if they had no previous sin.
Related Verse From The Holy Koran:
Whatever misfortune happens to you, is because of the things your hands have wrought, and for many (of them) HE GRANTS FORGIVENESS. Nor can ye frustrate (aught), (fleeing) through the earth; nor have ye, besides Allah. anyone to protect or to help.
What can Allah gain by your punishment, if ye are grateful and ye believe? Nay it is Allah that recogniseth (all good) and knoweth all things. Allah loveth not that evil should be noised abroad in public speech, except where injustice hath been done; for Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth all things. Whether ye publish a good deed or conceal it or cover evil with pardon, VERILY ALLAH DOTH BLOT OUT (SINS) and hath power (in the judgment of values).
