The Place Dubai

Located on Dubai’s famous Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, The Place offers spacious and luxurious apartments within the 60-storey Park Palace Tower.

The Place features 118 apartments, ranging in size from 80-220m². Guests can choose between one, 2 and 3-bedroom units – each of which includes a spacious living and dining area, luxury bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include LCD televisions, iPod docking stations and internet access.

Leisure facilities at the property include a 40-metre temperature controlled swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym plus sauna and steam room.

The Place Dubai is located in the city’s financial district; DIFC and Business Bay are just a short drive away.
