Three Back Exercises Which Can Hurt You

The method of stretching is most popularly used by people who want to relief pain no matter where it is located. The draw back of this is that most of the lower back stretches can cause more damage than how they can help. The particular area of the lower back is one of misunderstanding, and this could be the second most complicated of our body parts.

Many of the treatments offered today are not inclined with the correct type of functions of the lower back. And because of the error there are three different types of back pain which are recommended by many different people but they are of no use as they will only cause you more pain if done over a long period of time. The first one of these three stretches is the lower back rational stretch this exercise can be done by laying on your back and holding your shoulder blades on the ground and then twisting your legs to either side. The next exercise that is not so wonderful for back stretching is the knee to chest exercise.

This particular workout is done by lying on the ground and then pulling your knees towards your chest and holding it there for a period of time. This type of stretch disturbs some thing called the stretch reflex, it helps and prevents the stretched muscle to relax and take away any sign of contraction for about at least 20 minutes, and it can also provide a pain relief effect.
