Plextor hits back by offering you their latest 12x Internal Blu-ray writer, the PX-LB950SA. The drive is equipped with a SATA connection interface, an 8MB of buffer memory and provides write speeds of 12x for BD-R, 8x for BD-R DL, 2x for BD-RE (DL), 16x for DVD-R/+R, 12x for DVD-RAM, 8x for DVD-R/+R (DL) and DVD-RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 48x for CD-R and 24x for CD-RW. Not only that, the drive also supports for LightScribe (disc labeling) technology and comes bundled with the CyberLink’s PowerDVD 9 BD Suite. The PX-LB950SA is currently available in Europe for 179 Euro (about $247)
